Key Dates:
- May 2, 2026 – Summer tuition and fees will be assessed to your student account
- May 15, 2026 – May billing statement available in QuikPay®
- May 25, 2026 – Closed – Memorial Day
- July 1, 2026 – Summer due date for all parts of term
- July 3, 2026 – Closed – 4th of July
Your Student Account
A student account is a financial record maintained by the university that tracks all charges and payments associated with a student’s enrollment. This includes tuition and fees, housing and meal plan charges, and other campus‑related costs, as well as payments, financial aid, scholarships, and refunds.
New students are encouraged to review the New Student Checklist below. This checklist will help you become familiar with important information, responsibilities, and deadlines related to your student account.

*Important Note: Before classes begin, you must pay the full balance on your account (net of aid) or be enrolled in a payment plan. Otherwise, your schedule will be subject to cancellation, and if you are living in campus housing, you will not be permitted to move into your residence hall.

- Online through QuikPAY®: e-Check or Credit/Debit Cards (MasterCard, Discover, American Express, & Visa).
- Note: e-Check payments are free. Credit/debit card payments are assessed an additional 2.8% service/convenience fee and are accepted online only.
